I added some images with green chalk ink and made buttons out of canvas.

The background is done with crackle paint. The base layer is copper and gold with ivory on top.
With a cute button noseplaying with crayons :)

Oh the Paris piece is lovely! I can almost hear some Edith Piaf playing in the background. ;)
