Surprise! Journalling again :)

Hugh Jackman as a cowboy in a romantic adventure, sigh . . . I gotta see that one! LOL Found images in of Hugh from the local paper. Background inspired by van Gogh's Haystacks, done with light molding paste and acrylics and pastels, riders an old photo from the praires that my mother in law took and the theatre picture too.
In progress painting. Will be a center spread from my new journal that is not stitched together yet. Inspired by Brittani Faulkes and a photo of the Ucluelet Lighthouse on a webcam site.

Playing with new colours of acrylic paints and a new tool, a metal spatula thingy. I REALLY like it! I love using a credit card and this is better because it fits in my paint jars and its it metal so it is easy to clean.

I love the Hugh Jackman page! That turned out so well, and I can't wait to see how the lighthouse turns out. My fave, though, are the rocks in the last piece. Those are just awesome!!

Pattio; just terrific journal pages once again. Seeing Hugh there - WOW! He's terrific inspiration isn't he? :) I love the lighthouse but I think my favorite, and it's always hard to choose, is the last one with the rocks - just awesome!
