Here is my Quail stuffie, hanging out where our quails hang out. It is canvas that I painted with my new favorite tool bubble wrap and sequence waste, then I hand stitched it and stuffed it with polyfill. He has a coiled wire top not and fancy chopsticks for legs.
My friend Anne and her daughter Marian came over on a beautiful sunny Saturday afternoon and we had a lot of fun making things. I can't wait to see how theirs turn out!

oh, patti, he is wonderful! i can see a whole flock of them out wandering around... wouldn't that be wonderful?
your FIRST stuffie?!? seriously? it's better than wonderful!! the colors are terrific (love the bubble wrap affect) and the shape is spot on ... love the wire top knot, too. well done. more, please. :)
