Catching up on Misty's colour challenge. Friday was red and here is my journal spread. On the left is a inkjet transfer using Golden's soft gel meduim. Then I painted and pastel-ed over it and added the small label from Cycles Gladiator wine. On the right are free tags by Sarah Lugg from Somerset Studio magazine. I took the shot of Oriental Poppy and sanded and pastel-ed it. I am very happy with this spread. :)

Red Light District

Hey, very nice! Is that the Dresden Files guy? I really like how the transfer came out, all the tones are great!
What a deep, gorgeous red! The composition is spot on, and I love the labels. :)
